Program Description
As a financial member of the ETU (Vic Branch), the ETU’s lawyers, Gordon Legal can prepare a first free standard Will ( On-Line) for you and your partner.
It’s important to note that a standard Will is suitable for those with straightforward assets and family arrangements. However, if your personal circumstances are more intricate, a complex Will may be necessary, and it won’t be free.
To streamline this process, Gordon Legal have partnered with Safewill, an online will writing service, and their affiliate law firm Safewill Legal.
Eligibility – Support Services
To access Support Services for free, you must be:
- A financial ETU member (includes suspended up to six (6) months)
- An ETU member for more than three (3) months
- A family member (of an eligible ETU member) who fits the definition
